5. Customer Responsibilities

If you use SupportHub for a business, team, or client workflow, you are responsible for the legality of the data and instructions you provide to the Service.

  • You must ensure that you have rights and permissions to connect the channels, pages, bots, numbers, accounts, or APIs you connect.
  • You must ensure that your use complies with applicable privacy, consumer protection, employment, platform, and communications laws.
  • You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before using them in situations where mistakes could cause harm.
  • You are responsible for your invited operators, agents, contractors, and workspace members.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to, or in connection with, any of the following:

  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive outreach, or unlawful promotional activity.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, exploitation, or abusive conduct.
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, malware distribution, or credential theft.
  • Uploading or transmitting unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or misleading content.
  • Processing highly sensitive data without an adequate legal basis and appropriate safeguards.
  • Reverse engineering, probing, scanning, scraping, extracting prompts, model abuse, or attempting to bypass protective controls.
  • Interfering with rate limits, security measures, service integrity, or the experience of other users.
  • Violating any law or any third-party platform rules connected to the Service.

SupportHub may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for activity that creates legal, technical, security, or reputational risk.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Telegram, Meta platforms, YouTube, Google services, Discord, LINE, VK, and other providers. Those services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, and platform rules.

SupportHub does not control and does not guarantee the continuing availability, compatibility, functionality, or policy status of any third-party platform, API, or integration.

If a third-party platform changes its API, permissions, pricing, availability, or rules, SupportHub may modify, limit, suspend, or remove the related integration without liability.

Meta Platform Services

SupportHub may use optional Facebook Login and may connect supported Instagram, Facebook Pages and Messenger, WhatsApp Business, and Threads sources after an authorized user approves the permissions presented by Meta. You confirm that you own, administer, or are otherwise authorized to connect the selected account, Page, profile, or business asset.

Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable Meta Terms, the Meta Privacy Policy, and the permissions and controls presented by Meta. You remain responsible for messages, comments, replies, moderation decisions, and other actions submitted through your workspace.

Google OAuth 2.0 and YouTube API Services

SupportHub uses Google OAuth 2.0 for optional Google Sign-In and for the optional connection of a YouTube channel. Google Sign-In is used to authenticate or link a SupportHub account. The YouTube connection requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl and allows authorized workspace users to view supported channel data and to manage supported YouTube comments and replies from SupportHub, as described in the Privacy Policy.

By using SupportHub's YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

  • You confirm that you own, administer, or are otherwise authorized to connect and manage the selected YouTube channel.
  • You remain responsible for comments, replies, moderation decisions, and comment-deletion commands submitted through your workspace.
  • SupportHub performs write actions on YouTube only when an authorized user chooses the relevant action or enables a clearly identified automation feature.
  • SupportHub does not upload, edit, or delete YouTube videos and does not modify captions or ratings.
  • You may revoke SupportHub's access by removing the YouTube source in SupportHub and through your Google Security Settings.
  • Deleting information stored by SupportHub does not delete content stored by YouTube. SupportHub's comment controls may submit a user-confirmed action affecting the specifically identified YouTube comment.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the content, messages, files, knowledge base materials, prompts, and other materials you submit through the Service ("User Content").

You grant SupportHub a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, transform, and process User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit and process User Content through the Service and that doing so will not violate law or third-party rights.

9. AI Features

SupportHub offers AI-assisted features such as automated replies, message classification, text generation, translation, moderation assistance, and knowledge-based drafting.

  • No guaranteed accuracy: AI-generated outputs may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, biased, or inappropriate.
  • Human review recommended: You should review outputs before relying on them in sensitive, legal, medical, financial, safety, security, or high-impact contexts.
  • Third-party dependency: AI capabilities depend on providers such as OpenRouter and underlying model providers, and those providers may change models, pricing, latency, or terms at any time.
  • Privacy limitations: Anonymization, filtering, and moderation reduce risk but do not eliminate it completely.
AI training statement: SupportHub does not intentionally use customer message content to train its own proprietary AI models.

10. Fees, Billing, and Refunds

SupportHub may offer free plans, paid plans, usage-based limits, and paid upgrades. Current plan details, limits, and pricing are presented inside the Service or through direct purchase flows.

  • Manual renewal unless stated otherwise: subscriptions do not automatically renew unless the Service explicitly says so at checkout or inside the billing interface.
  • Crypto payments: cryptocurrency transactions are generally final and irreversible once confirmed on the relevant blockchain.
  • Refunds: except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or changes in third-party platform availability.
  • Price changes: SupportHub may change pricing or plan limits prospectively. Changes generally apply to future purchases, renewals, or upgrades.
  • Taxes: you are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or similar charges applicable to your purchase or use of the Service, unless stated otherwise.

11. Suspension and Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion or data deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion page.

11.2 By SupportHub

SupportHub may suspend, limit, or terminate your access immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable law.
  • Your use creates a security risk, abuse risk, fraud risk, or legal risk.
  • Your connected platform credentials become invalid or unauthorized.
  • A third-party provider restricts or revokes required access.
  • The Service is discontinued, materially changed, or no longer commercially or technically feasible to provide.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or suspension, access to the Service may end immediately, connected integrations may stop working, and some data may remain subject to retention periods, backup cycles, fraud-prevention needs, legal obligations, or the Privacy Policy.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnity, will survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

SupportHub disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

  • SupportHub does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • SupportHub does not guarantee that AI outputs will be correct or suitable for any purpose.
  • SupportHub does not guarantee continuing access to any third-party platform integration.
  • SupportHub does not guarantee that anonymization or moderation systems will detect every issue in every case.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SupportHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, customers, opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of SupportHub for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to SupportHub for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) 50 USD.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SupportHub and its operator from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your violation of applicable law or third-party platform rules.
  • Claims brought by your customers, users, operators, or connected platform providers relating to your use of the Service.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you use SupportHub for business, team, or client workflows, you are responsible for your instructions to the Service and for any personal data you submit, connect, or make available through the Service.

If required by applicable data protection law, the parties may enter into additional data processing terms for business or enterprise use of the Service.

16. Changes to the Terms

SupportHub may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, the updated version will be posted with a revised effective date, and notice may be provided through the Service or by other reasonable means.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with applicable consumer, privacy, and contract law principles.

Before starting formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes by good-faith negotiation through email communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Practical note: This dispute clause is intended to support good-faith resolution before formal proceedings and applies to the Service operated by YH CONSTRUCTION LTD.
